ABOUT EADSE

Eadsé, which means “my good friend” in Wendat, is a Wendat singer-songwriter based in Montreal, where she explores a pop sound infused with soul. A proud heir to her ancestors’ traditions, she draws inspiration from her grandfather, a member of the Wolf Clan and the Raven family, who guided her towards music. Since then, she has been creating works that are both moving and powerful, with a gentle yet sincere strength. In 2021, she released her debut EP, My Good Friend, in collaboration with composer and artist Emmanuel Alias. Her instrumental song Oné-Onti, dedicated to the former Grand Chief of Wendake, Max Gros-Louis, has garnered over six million streams online. I

n the summer of 2022, she unveiled her new song Stay, a summery pop ballad with electro-soul melodies, recorded with producer Trey Vittetoe, known for his work with Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus. In the winter of 2024, Eadsé captivated audiences during the blind auditions of the television show La Voix with her emotional rendition of Moi, Elsie by Elisapie. After releasing the singles Owen II and I’ll Keep Dreaming in recent months, Wendat singer-songwriter Eadsé unveils Healer, her long-awaited debut album, on March 7. Infused with R&B influences, this pop-soul record stands out for its emotional intensity and soothing power. Driven by immersive arrangements and Eadsé’s captivating voice, it explores profound themes of self-love, determination, letting go, and postpartum depression.
