Iceis Rain Drops Album

Iceis Rain is the alter ego of Massey Whiteknife, a two-spirited Cree entrepreneur, performer, and advocate from the Mikisew Cree First Nation in Alberta, Canada. As Iceis Rain, Massey has become a recording artist, anti-bullying advocate, and a prominent figure in the LGBTQ+ and Indigenous communities. Her 2014 debut album The Queen is a diverse collection of rock anthems and ballads with country flair, and earned five nominations at the 2014 Aboriginal People’s Choice Music Awards. This new album Redemption showcases her electric style and talents as a music producer.

Iceis Rain has also been featured in the documentary series “Queen of the Oil Patch,” which highlights Massey’s journey and transformation into Iceis Rain. Iceis Rain’s music blends pop, dance, and Indigenous influences, creating a unique and powerful sound. Her songs often carry messages of empowerment, resilience, and self- acceptance, reflecting her personal journey and advocacy work. Iceis Rain’s performances are known for their energy and emotional depth, often incorporating traditional Cree elements and modern pop aesthetics.
